📋 Description Direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral/mental-health needs. Follow behavior/treatment plans, crisis-prevention, de-escalation, and restraints as trained. Maintain a clean, safe living space; assist with daily living tasks and activities. Document services and observations in electronic systems (T-logs, Therap). Monitor behavioral changes; escalate concerns and communicate with team during crises. Support families; assist with appointments and medication tasks as allowed. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or GED. 3 years' experience with chronic mental illness or a degree in mental-health field. Must be at least 18; some programs require 21+. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic documentation systems.
