Engineering Coach - (Director/VP+) - UK/IE/Europe Remote

📋 Description Provide 1:1 coaching to members via virtual sessions on the Mento Platform & Tools. Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities. Communicate with members via Mento email or chat between sessions. Share coaching tools and insights to enhance our coaching practices and mission. Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community. 🎯 Requirements Director/VP+ level software leader with 15+ years managing teams. Deep engineering leadership; coaching certifications valued but not required. Led teams through hypergrowth or startup-to-scale, building functions from scratch. Influence across offices, cultures, with product, GTM and exec stakeholders. Turn leadership into coaching skills; growth mindset. Commit 12+ hours per month for 24+ months. 🎁 Benefits Contract role; hourly pay with engagement bonuses. 3-5 hours per week minimum; 24-month commitment.
