📋 Description Own product costing and inventory accounting across hardware programs Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and FP&A to maintain BOMs and margins Build scalable accounting processes for new product intro, prototypes, and production Own inventory accounting policies covering capitalization, overhead allocation, LCNRV, freight Improve cost accounting systems, reporting, and cross-functional workflows Support internal and external audits related to cost and inventory accounting 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of cost, inventory, or manufacturing accounting Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory valuation, variances, overhead Experience in automotive, robotics, or hardware manufacturing Proficiency with NetSuite and Excel Strong analytical and data aggregation skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration across departments Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 🎁 Benefits Equity included as part of total compensation Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement with employer match Learning and wellness stipends Paid time off
