📋 Description Architect scalable, cross-system processes across Salesforce, PartnerStack, Zendesk. Lead end-to-end implementations: scoping, requirements, design, prototyping, testing, deployment. Partner with senior GTM, Support, and Finance leaders, delivering data-driven insights to shape priorities and strategy. Develop and maintain documentation, process maps, diagrams, and scalable frameworks. Conduct proactive system audits and performance assessments to identify gaps and deliver high-availability solutions across Salesforce and integrated apps. 100% remote; must reside in the U.S.; reports to HQ in New York, NY. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or US equiv in CS/CE/Econ/Analytics +4 yrs in system design. Master's or US equiv in same fields +2 yrs experience. 2 yrs translating Sales needs into scalable Salesforce and GTM enhancements. 2 yrs Salesforce Sales Cloud end user: pipeline, forecasting, opp tracking. 2 yrs cross-functional delivery: prototyping, data-driven dev, and rapid iteration. 1 yr integration architect: Salesforce, PartnerStack, Zendesk; middleware. 🎁 Benefits Competitive perks and benefits.
