📋 Description Own product marketing for AI within the Freshservice platform. Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap and launches. Drive content and assets that communicate Freshworks' AI POV. Develop messaging that communicates AI value for IT admins, leaders, and buyers. Lead cross-functional launch planning with Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, Enablement, and PR. Create sales enablement content including decks, battlecards, FAQs, and demos. 🎯 Requirements 5-8 years of Product Marketing in B2B SaaS. Experience launching AI/ML/GenAI or Copilot capabilities. Strong messaging/positioning; simplify technical concepts for business and tech audiences. Bias toward creatively integrating AI into product marketing. Experience leading cross-functional product launches from planning to execution.
