📋 Description Review and execute trustee documents with accuracy and compliance Process and update VA appraisals and related docs in system Collaborate with clients, appraisers, and legal teams to resolve issues Respond to inquiries from borrowers, lienholders, realtors, and attorneys Maintain and update team manuals; aid teammates on operations Perform quality control checks on trustee operations 🎯 Requirements Experience in Mortgage Trustee Servicing, title servicing, or foreclosure Understanding of trustee services, processes, and procedures Experience recording in a title or trustee capacity Notary certification preferred Experience with reverse mortgage services a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 🎁 Benefits 4 to 5 years experience in semi-voice Mortgage process Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent Good analytical and cognitive skills Attention to detail
