Senior Analyst, Credit and Income

📋 Description Complete QC post-closing/pre-funding; verify docs and report exceptions. Review pre-closing/prefunding docs for accuracy; review post-closing docs. Credit and income review; calculate income incl. employment, self-employed, rental. Identify red flags on income, assets, credit, fraud reports. Review entity documentation to understand business structures and signers. Knowledge of applicable federal/state regulations a plus; prioritize policies. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree. 5+ years in US retail mortgage banking and QC/post-closing/prefunding. 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
