📋 Description Own and scale early career programs (university relations, internships) across locations. Manage the full early career recruiting lifecycle from campus partnerships to onboarding. Build and manage the contingent worker program end-to-end with vendor management. Bring knowledge of California contingent labor compliance and worker classifications. Manage contingent talent via VMS: requisitions, tracking, spend visibility. Work with other worker types and Employers of Record (EORs) beyond the U.S. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in recruiting ops or people programs with stakeholder management. Proven track record building and scaling early career programs (university relations, internships). Proven success building/managing contingent worker programs with vendor management and VMS use. Solid understanding of California contingent workforce employment law and compliance. Strong program management: design/optimize processes, collect feedback, communicate outcomes. Strong analytical mindset using data to drive program improvements.
