📋 Description Design and implement perception systems for new product capabilities. Design data strategy for new deployments: data to collect, labeling, production readiness. Evaluate build-vs-reuse for new product lines, with KPIs and collaborators. Triage field model issues: data quality, calibration, and decide fixes or escalation. 🎯 Requirements Strong systems-level understanding of perception (planning/controls a plus). Product-owner mindset focused on customer success and ownership. Experience diagnosing real-world model failures and driving resolution. Comfort translating evolving customer requirements into technical specs. Familiarity with PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT, Docker, Python, and C++.
