📋 Description Manage a full caseload of insurance defense matters from inception to resolution Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses Attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials (virtual or in person) Analyze complex legal and factual issues and develop case strategies Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active and in good standing with the California State Bar 3+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and organizational abilities Proficient in case management software and legal research tools 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits package Supportive and collaborative team culture
