📋 Description Monitor healthcare documentation and QA reports. Maintain dashboards, tracking systems, and monitoring tools. Track timeliness and completion of healthcare, incident, and QA docs. Identify trends and potential compliance concerns. Support internal audits and QA reviews. Assist with surveys, audits, and follow-up activities. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or GED. 3+ years in healthcare, QA, regulatory compliance, case management, or IDD service delivery. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent decision-making, time-management, and verbal/written communication skills.
