📋 Description Oversee quarterly and annual financial statements for global Foundation partners per local GAAP. Ensure adherence to financial reporting deadlines across foundation entities. Manage general ledger activities, review entries, and refine internal controls. Lead budget vs actual analysis and donation trend reporting for multiple entities. Expand reporting to provide timely insights for Foundation trustee meetings. Coordinate with external auditors on annual audits and compliance timing. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years leading accounting teams and retaining top performers. Active CPA designation with a degree in accounting/finance or related field. 10+ years post-designation experience, including with external auditors. Strong ASNPO and US GAAP knowledge (international nonprofit reporting is an asset). Proven track record in financial management reporting, process efficiency, and internal controls. Excellent communication, analytical, and advanced Excel skills (Google Workspace preferred).
