📋 Description Serve as a key business partner to the senior leadership team and execs. Translate business needs into talent and people strategies. Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness. Co-design and deliver programs in performance, workforce planning, onboarding, and development. Build data-driven workforce planning aligned with growth and skill requirements. Design onboarding experiences that accelerate productivity for global hires. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of progressive HR and People Operations experience. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology organizations. Global people and talent initiatives across geographies and time zones. Translate business strategy into people strategy and drive alignment. Hands-on design and implementation of talent programs. Comfortable with HRIS, data analytics, and HR tech; Workday preferred.
