Direct Support Professional / Youth Caregiver

📋 Description Direct support for youth (12–21) with I/DD in a residential program. Provide companionship and encourage independence and self-care. Assist with activities of daily living: dressing, bathing, grooming, eating. Prepare meals and snacks. Light housekeeping and laundry duties. Mobility and transfer assistance, may include lift devices. 🎯 Requirements 6 months of professional experience supporting vulnerable populations (volunteer ok). Must be 21+ years old. High School Diploma or GED. Passion to help youth through person-centered care. Dependable, adaptable, and flexible; strong written communication.
