📋 Description Lead and scale engineering teams across Cloud Infra, Platform, Data Platform, and Internal Tooling. Define and own platform and infrastructure strategy for scalability, reliability, and cost. Influence architecture and design for large-scale distributed systems. Partner with Product, Security, Finance, and Leadership to align investments with goals. Drive execution by evolving processes, setting priorities, and ensuring delivery. Stay ahead of Web3, cloud, and AI trends and translate them into strategy. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 10+ years of software engineering in distributed systems. 5+ years engineering leadership, including managing managers at a high-growth startup. Strong hands-on understanding of large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure. Experience with Java, Kubernetes, AWS, and multi-region/multi-cloud.
