📋 Description Lead AI platform strategy with CTO and senior leadership. Architect and launch production-grade AI systems at scale. Align AI, infra, and app teams across Brazil, Bogotá, SF. Experiment with LLMs for retrieval-augmented generation and orchestration. Design evaluation frameworks for AI model quality, latency, safety. Develop pipelines for fine-tuning, prompt optimization, continuous learning. 🎯 Requirements MS or BS in Computer Science (required). 10+ years software eng with AI/ML focus. Track record launching customer-facing AI products using LLMs. Fine-tuning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, AI evaluations. Experience leading technical strategy across large/distributed teams.
