📋 Description Own strategy, architecture, operation of corporate IT; AI-enabled workplace. Define modern, secure, scalable, AI-enabled workplace vision. Identify weaknesses, technical debt, and poor employee experiences. Make build/buy/automate/retire decisions across the IT portfolio. Lead AI-enabled IT operations and automation initiatives. Own IAM, endpoints, hardware, and SaaS onboarding/offboarding. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years IT experience, incl. 3+ years in senior/lead role. Experience in a fast-growing SaaS/tech organization. Deep IAM expertise: SSO, MFA, SCIM, lifecycle automation, identity governance. Experience integrating JumpCloud with Google Workspace and Workday. Experience managing MDM/UEM across macOS and Windows; Hexnode preferred.
