📋 Description Manage a dynamic caseload of VRS clients. Help individuals find and retain competitive, community-based employment. Coordinate intakes, referrals, and authorized VRS services. Develop person-centered vocational profiles, job plans, resumes, and portfolios. Build relationships with VR counselors, schools, and employers. Conduct job development, outreach, coaching, and onboarding. 🎯 Requirements Two-year degree plus two years' experience with individuals with disabilities. Four years experience with disabilities in lieu of a degree. Ability to pass a DHS background check. Driving record acceptable to operate on duty. Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to teach, coach, and support individuals in employment. 🎁 Benefits Full-time schedule Monday–Friday 8a-4p.
