📋 Description Lead district change management with the Customer Success Manager. Serve as the district PD implementation contact; build self-sustaining capacity. Support district partners across core, supplemental, and assessment programs. Directly manage Amplify coaches and other staff. Collaborate with regional leadership, operations, and contractors. Travel 20-40% of the year. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience 5+ years of K-8 Literacy classroom teaching Experience designing and delivering PD at scale Experience managing large-scale education projects (budgets and timelines) Tech-enabled training with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides proficiency Ability to travel regionally and nationally 🎁 Benefits Amplify is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
