HRIS Analyst (Workday)

📋 Description Meet with HR heads to plan initiatives and suggest Workday analytics Recommend solutions for system issues and data gaps Write, maintain and support HR reports and standard reports Manage Workday updates and feature releases; ensure data integrity Lead security configuration and user access for Workday Train HR users on processes and system functionality 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, HR or related field PHR/SPHR certification preferred 2-5 years experience supporting Workday or similar system Working knowledge of HR practices; configurable security Data protection and privacy experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 🎁 Benefits Travel: 0-25% Lifting: 0-100 lbs Computer work for long periods
