📋 Description Lead development and execution of public affairs priorities in oncology. Partner with government affairs, market access, and medical teams to advance patient access. Set priorities across franchises for differentiated impact. Coordinate with Europe and Intercontinental regions and Affiliates for alignment and measurement. Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team. Collaborate with US therapeutic communications and R&D to support a One AbbVie approach. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 10 years’ experience in public affairs or related field. Bachelor’s degree in communications, public affairs, journalism, or life sciences preferred. Experience leading therapeutic area public affairs and disease awareness initiatives. Experience across international markets strongly preferred. Proven ability to operate with senior leadership in a matrix environment. Strong executive presence and writing skills.
