Employment Support Specialist (Job Coach)

📋 Description Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in pursuing competitive, integrated employment Meet clients in their homes and community to build trust and connection Conduct career assessments focusing on strengths, skills, and interests Help develop or revise resumes, practice interviews, and identify job leads Support onboarding and training with new employers; provide ongoing coaching for retention Hybrid role with in-person and remote work; mileage reimbursement for travel 🎯 Requirements Must meet requirements of a Designated Coordinator HS diploma or GED + 4 years direct care for individuals with disabilities or older adults Associate degree + 2 years direct care exp Bachelor's degree + 1 year direct care exp Valid driver's license and proof of insurance; must be 18+ Fluency in ASL, Spanish, Hmong, Somali, or Oromo preferred Proficient with using technology for documentation 🎁 Benefits Fixed starting rate: $19.50/hr Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-4p Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance for FT Retirement Savings: 401(k) with up to a 3% employer match PTO with tenure-based increases and PTO donation options Mileage reimbursement for travel
