Lead - Solution Engineer

📋 Description Engage SMB/mid-market customers; conduct discovery and demos/POCs. Explain AI/LLM concepts to tech and business audiences; position Freddy Copilot/Agent Studio. Build AI agents and automated workflows in Agent Studio for demos. Gather requirements; scope engagements; create SoWs and RFP/RFI responses. Collaborate with Sales/Product/Engineering; align tech strategies to close deals. Represent Freshworks at meetings/events; stay updated on product trends. 🎯 Requirements 5–8 years in pre-sales/solution engineering or similar role. Strong SaaS/cloud, APIs, and enterprise software experience. Proven design/delivery of demos and POCs. Able to work with mid-market and enterprise customers. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
