📋 Description Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral health needs. Follow behavior/treatment plans and crisis-prevention strategies. Maintain a clean, safe, structured living environment; assist with daily living. Accurately document services and observations using electronic systems. Monitor changes, identify escalation indicators, and communicate with the team. Support family, assist with appointments and medication tasks. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or GED 3 years minimum experience or a degree in a mental-health field Must be at least 18 (some programs require 21+) Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic documentation systems 🎁 Benefits Fixed starting rate: $24/hr.
