Clarify policy requirements to govern skill behavior. 🎯 Requirements Several years of PM experience shipping a product from 0 to 1 with business case ownership. Experience with usage-based or hosted SaaS pricing where infra costs aren’t tied to seats. Comfort defining a new delivery architecture and the compliance tradeoffs. Track record of ruthless scoping: shipping the smallest version to prove demand. Nice to have marketplace/platform model experience (e.g., Atlassian Marketplace).
