📋 Description Write code to help users unlock the full potential of our stack. Help teams design, scale, and optimize Alchemy's infra—from automation to data pipelines. Understand goals and help onboarding, integration, and shipping on our infra. Advocate for developers; translate needs into product insights and roadmaps. Serve as tech liaison for strategic accounts, removing blockers and planning. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and BD to improve UX and feedback loops. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in technical roles (software/solutions engineering). Strong foundation in systems design, APIs, and distributed systems. Experience working with customers, ideally in B2B SaaS or infra. Comfortable with Python, TypeScript, or similar languages. Excellent communication translating tech for builders and execs.
