Manage RAW processing, proofing, feedback, asset organization, and delivery. Maintain color, lighting, and photographic style consistency. 🎯 Requirements A.A.S. or higher in Photography, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field. 3+ years retouching in commercial photography or agency. Strong portfolio showing advanced retouching, compositing, color grading. Expert in Photoshop; Lightroom and Camera RAW workflows. Able to create seamless composites matching lighting, color, and style.
