📋 Description Design and build high-performance services: scalable APIs (gRPC/REST) for core insurance. Own end-to-end delivery: drive microservices from requirements to deployment and ops. Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and teams to translate features into robust solutions. Champion engineering excellence: code reviews, automated testing, observability, and CI/CD. Ensure compliance and security: follow security policies and regulatory requirements. Optimize for production: monitor reliability, performance, and cost. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years backend with 3+ years in Golang in production. Designing and evolving gRPC and REST-based APIs at scale. Distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native patterns. Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps workflows. Experience with PostgreSQL and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
