📋 Description Design and build accessible Editor interactions (focus, keyboard nav, ARIA). Use screen readers daily to test, debug, and validate work (VoiceOver/NVDA/JAWS). Collaborate with the Editing Group to ship accessible features from the start. Identify systemic accessibility gaps and craft architectural solutions. Work across the Editor architecture with frontend components, state, and rendering. Explain screen reader behavior to engineers and accessibility constraints to designers. 🎯 Requirements Commercial experience building accessible web apps with WCAG in practice. Hands-on experience with screen readers; debug accessibility interactions. Strong TypeScript and React skills; reason about components and accessibility. Able to work effectively in a large interconnected frontend codebase. Clear cross-discipline communication; explain accessibility concepts.
