📋 Description Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements including MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, and NDAs Own the full lifecycle of customer and vendor agreements with accountability Partner with legal, sales, finance, and operations to resolve issues and balance risk High-volume, high-trust role; speed and judgment matter Report to the Chief Financial Officer Ensure compliance with company standards and contract workflows 🎯 Requirements Active law license in at least one US jurisdiction 5+ years in commercial contracting; 6-10 preferred Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining commercial agreements Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage cross-border deals; US focus with EU/UK/APAC exposure Strong data privacy knowledge: GDPR, UK GDPR, SCCs, CCPA
