📋 Description Provide legal counsel on environmental compliance and remediation Represent clients in environmental proceedings and negotiations Draft and review regulatory filings, contracts, and disclosures Advise on environmental risks in real estate, infrastructure, and development Monitor changes in environmental law and regulatory developments Collaborate with clients, agencies, and outside consultants to resolve issues 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with a U.S. State Bar (California preferred) 3–7 years of environmental law experience in transactional and litigation contexts In-depth knowledge of federal and California environmental statutes and regulations Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills Ability to manage complex legal and regulatory matters independently 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits package Supportive and collaborative team culture
