Nursing Assistant / CNA

📋 Description Provide care in a small residential setting for up to four individuals. Deliver personal care, health-related support, and transport to appointments. Collaborate with supervisors and team on individualized care plans. Assist with medication administration as trained. Help with meals, housekeeping, and daily living activities. Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation. 🎯 Requirements Must be at least 18 years old; HS diploma or GED. Valid driver's license and auto insurance proof. Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation within 10 years. NA certification may not need to be current; must not be revoked; provide transcripts. Higher medical education may qualify in lieu of NA certification (discuss in interview).
