Technical Business Analyst – ERP & Systems Implementation - Freelancer (full-time)

📋 Description Translate business processes into ERP configurations and system requirements. Lead and execute ERP implementations and module rollouts. Run data migrations including cleansing, mapping and validation. Set up integrations between ERP, CRM, finance tools, and data warehouses. Configure and stand up ERP instances for testing and rollout. Document processes and configurations clearly for others to follow. 🎯 Requirements Strong understanding of core finance processes and ERP mapping. ERP implementation/configuration experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Dynamics/Odoo). 3–6 years in consulting, implementation, or transformation roles. Ability to run workshops and translate requirements into functional specs. SQL proficiency to write queries and map data.
