Senior Software Engineer (Colombia)

📋 Description Design, build, and launch production-grade conversational AI for enterprise clients. Collaborate with product, design, and partners to define journeys and metrics. Integrate capabilities with Connectly’s AI platform with SF teams. Experiment with AI features: LLM agents, retrieval systems, automation. Develop back-end systems with Python, AWS, Kafka, Postgres, DynamoDB. Mentor teammates and uphold engineering practices in a fast-moving env. 🎯 Requirements BS or MS in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of hands-on software engineering. Proven track record building scalable enterprise systems (Python, AWS, Kafka, Postgres, DynamoDB). Frontend experience (React, TypeScript) a plus.
