📋 Description Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight and support decisions. Lead budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans aligned to strategy. Deliver month-end reporting with variance analysis and recommendations. Develop robust financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases. Monitor drivers, revenue, costs, and market trends for risks and opportunities. Collaborate with sales, product, ops, analytics, and data science to translate data into insights. 🎯 Requirements CPA/CA professional accounting qualification. 5+ years in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering. Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes. Experience with Oracle EPM, NetSuite, Salesforce, and advanced Excel is advantageous.
