📋 Description Use AI to gather user research, surveys, tests; translate insights into UX. Prototype flows and interactions with Claude Code and Cursor for rapid iteration. Create high-fidelity UI prototypes with visuals and animation. Handoff to engineering via Figma or prototypes built with Claude Code/Cursor. Conduct user research to reveal collaboration-space needs; usability testing. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and researchers to define strategy and roadmap. 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 7 years in product design, focusing on collaboration products. Strong portfolio of successful collaboration experiences. Proficient with Sketch, Figma, or Origami. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Strategic thinker; translates user insights into design solutions. Fluent with AI tools; hands-on with Claude Code and Cursor.
