📋 Description Lead UX and visual design across client websites. Partner with strategy, production, engineering, and clients to define UX and direction. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes in Figma. Design and build responsive, production-ready websites in Webflow. Develop scalable design systems, components, and CMS in Webflow. Translate business goals into intuitive, accessible experiences. 🎯 Requirements 5–7 years of UX/UI, product, or digital design experience. 2+ years building production-ready websites in Webflow. Advanced proficiency with Figma and Webflow. Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX to Webflow delivery. Experience building scalable Webflow sites with CMS + design systems. Experience with Client-First, Relume, and Finsweet Attributes. 🎁 Benefits Experience with Lottie, GSAP, or interactive animations. Experience integrating Webflow with HubSpot, Memberstack, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms. Experience using analytics or A/B testing to inform design decisions.
