📋 Description Build at the customer site: production-grade agents, integrations, and data pipelines. Adapt quickly to new codebases and data environments. Own the technical deliverable from design to production handoff. Be the Redpanda technical voice with the customer’s engineers. Drive toward exit from day one with documentation and handoff. Feed learnings back to Product and Engineering. 🎯 Requirements Engineering depth: production software, backends, data pipelines, or APIs. Agent and integration experience: built agents and data integrations. Operate in unfamiliar environments: read code and extend it. Customer-facing communication: work with customer engineers as a trusted partner. Shipped at a customer site or deployment context.
