📋 Description Work 1:1 in home and community with children/young adults with autism. Follow treatment/behavior support plans for skill acquisition. Build supportive relationships with clients and families. Implement behavior therapy techniques per supervisor instructions. Document interventions and progress toward goals. Collect data as specified in the plan. Review data with supervisors to improve programs. Provide training and support to help clients acquire skills. Provide transportation as needed for activities. 🎯 Requirements RBT credential or pursuing RBT credential. One year experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.
