School Based Mental Health Therapist -Baltimore County

📋 Description Deliver individual, group, and/or family therapy to students in-person or via telehealth. Maintain a defined in-person schedule with telehealth during school breaks. Conduct intake evaluations, risk assessments, and create treatment plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Backpack's EHR. Collaborate with school staff, families, and the clinical team for wraparound care. Support school teams in managing behavioral health challenges and crises. 🎯 Requirements Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy. Active Maryland license (LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, LCMFT, or LGMFT). Minimum of 1 year of therapy experience with children and adolescents. Trauma-informed care, school systems, and cultural competence. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.
