Engineering Manager – AI Engineering

📋 Description Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI engineers; set direction and delivery end-to-end. Architect and scale AI platform: cross-region inference, multi-GPU fleets, distributed training. Drive inference optimization across the stack: GPU kernels, quantization, memory/IO tuning. Optimize open-weight models: distillation, quantization, speculative decoding, KV-cache tuning. Scale data-science productivity via autonomous, agent-driven workflows across feature engineering, training, rollout. Push frontier across MLOps, LLMOps, compute efficiency, and distributed ML systems.
