📋 Description Review test methodologies and provide feedback for test design guides. Define selection policies and evaluation methods for test equipment (testers, probers, handlers). Guide high-density circuit design and multi-test fixtures (probe cards, test boards). Develop strategies for multi-pin, high-current product testing. Support cost reduction while maintaining test quality for NPI. 🎯 Requirements 7–10 years of semiconductor product testing and evaluation Experience defining and compiling requirements for testers, probers, and handlers Understanding basic structure of test program languages (main/patterns) for logic testers Japanese communication level; English: able to understand others Knowledge of automotive SOC specs, test specs, and methodologies Device test program development for Verigy V83K/93K, Advantest T65xx/T2K, Teradyne J750HD/UltraFLEX
