📋 Description Lead ABA therapy in a collaborative in-center setting Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making In-center environment for children ages 5 and under 🎯 Requirements BCBA certification or eligibility Experience delivering center-based ABA to young children Strong data collection and treatment planning skills Excellent communication with families and staff Ability to supervise and support Behavior Technicians Assent-based, play-focused approaches 🎁 Benefits Base salary $90,000–$100,000 with bonuses averaging $1,000/mo Annual all-inclusive vacation for two Early wage access; mileage reimbursement Full benefits and CEU stipends/days Exclusive internal training events No Non-Compete clause
