Occupational Therapist- Home Health

📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated territories. Evaluate functional status: muscle function, endurance, coordination, ADL/IADL. Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; develop intervention plans. Evaluate home environment for hazards to independent living. Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations. Document observations and interventions in EMR; educate patients. 🎯 Requirements Current VA Occupational Therapist license. Prior home care experience preferred. Graduation from an OT program accredited by AMA/AOTA. Ability to work independently and manage time. Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills. Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred. 🎁 Benefits PPE supplies and infection control protocols.
