📋 Description Serve as trusted advisor to CAO and controllership leadership. Drive execution of department priorities and org-wide initiatives. Lead cross-functional problem solving and strategic projects. Hybrid role with time split between CoS duties and transformation. Support budgeting, systems upgrades, and process improvements. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 6+ years of finance/accounting experience with controllership exposure. Strong communication and strategic partnering skills. Experience in a multinational public company or regulated industry desirable. Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Python) for analysis.
