Educate patients and families on prevention, lifestyle, and medications. Document care in EMRs and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with Medical Director and team for continuity. 🎯 Requirements MSN with APRN certification or PA with NCCPA. Valid California NP/PA license to practice. 3+ years experience as NP/PA in primary care. 3+ years in Functional Medicine. Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
