📋 Description Lead kickoff calls to identify initial containment actions. Guide customers on best practices following an incident. Lead daily update calls and deliver concise email updates. Direct forensic investigations, prioritize tasks, and delegate to analysts. Conduct multiple Rapid Response incidents concurrently.
