Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with minimal supervision. Guide terminations, resignations, contracts, and redundancies with compliance. Independently lead meetings with clients and external employees on separations. Influence and negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations across stakeholders. Liaise with payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and unions for compliance. Draft and administer termination documents with privacy and accuracy. 🎯 Requirements Experience as HR Advisor/HRBP across the employee lifecycle. Tertiary HR/labour relations/employment law degree a plus. Proven ability to manage voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance. Understanding of employee relations, discipline, and investigations. Strong communication, influencing, conflict management.
