📋 Description Lead and coach a small team of product managers. Define end-to-end vision and roadmap for Core TPA Claims. Partner with design, engineering, data science, and analytics. Own the strategy for our claims processing engine. Foster cross-functional buy-in across engineering, UX, sales, marketing, ops. Establish product best practices with clear metrics. Drive delivery of high-quality, compliant, scalable healthcare products. 🎯 Requirements 7-10+ years of product management in healthcare tech. People management experience mentoring senior PMs. Deep domain expertise in Healthcare Claims End-to-End processing. Strong Healthcare EDI experience with X12 837 and Remittance 835. Excellent communication; able to represent Collective Health externally. Analytic rigor with complex data and success metrics. Navigate HIPAA, ERISA in regulated environments while innovating.
