Occupational Therapist - Senior Living Visits

📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Evaluate functional status including muscle function, endurance, coordination, and ADL/IADL. Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; develop intervention plans. Evaluate home environment for hazards and barriers to independence. Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations. Continually assess and revise the OT care plan; educate patients; document care. 🎯 Requirements Maryland OT license. Home care experience preferred, but not required. Minimum of one year OT experience. Graduate from AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program. Ability to work independently and manage time.
